"We were charged twice for a room that was disappointing, lounge room lights did not work, bare electric wires protruding from wall, tap at hand basin did not work, shower tidy rusty and dirty, and carpets dirty, empty cigarette packet in TV cabinet, TV did not work. A credit card number was provided to secure the booking but the room was paid for on arrival from a different account, both accounts were debited. The bed linen seemed to be clean however and the beds comfortable."
